Costs of the assessment report *

The costs of the diagnostic assessment are €290 for the testing and preparation of the report. I am aware that these costs are not covered by the health insurance (including private insurance).

You will receive an invoice by e-mail before the appointment. The fee must be paid into the specified bank account before the appointment takes place.

Educational-psychological assessment *

I confirm that I am aware this is an educational-psychological assessment and not a medical report.

This assessment is not a medical report according to the ICD. However, most schools accept the report without difficulty for granting reasonable accommodations.
